How We Work

At the outset of any training and development we define the Purpose, this is a fundamental value of adrem, it ensures all development is directed towards the real needs of the business and the individual.

We believe in the basic principle that you need to keep it simple but understand it’s not easy!

This ensures that ‘people development’ is kept as practical as possible to ensure it is understood we then spend more time making it easier so it can be applied in real life.

It can be anything you want it to be, leadership, change, or just doing the job.

Our overall purpose to ‘maximise strengths’ this applies to individuals and teams within a business and is delivered using practical, real life experiences which enable people to apply the learning in the workplace.

In our view the role of People Development is made up of 4 main elements:

  • Strategy - Ensure there is a strategy for Training and Development and that it ties into the overall strategy for the business
  • Managing - The management of training programmes on an ongoing basis to ensure Return on Investment
  • Delivering - The delivery and implementation of training workshops at the ‘sharp end’ of the business
  • Developing - Research and development of training programmes and workshops to ensure they are ‘fit for purpose’

Within adrem we have a team who have a wealth of experience operating within each of the elements.

In everything we deliver, we have the willingness to experiment and try new things to ensure the overall purpose is met. Where necessary we also have the confidence to say ‘I don’t know’ but are always prepared to find out!
